How seats are counted

A seat is a person who is a member of the organization.

External guests — someone from outside with access to one specific page — do not take a seat.

What happens at the cap

Work carries on as normal; the only thing blocked is adding people. Nothing is deleted and nothing stops being served.

Publishing to the web

An organization can switch off page publishing entirely. While it is off, links already handed out stop working immediately — it is a switch meant for cutting fast, not for managing case by case.
