Create your first agent

Describe in one sentence what you want it to do, and the agent is drafted and ready to talk.

An agent is an assistant that answers with what your organization knows: the pages and tables you gave it access to.

Describe it in one sentence

Agents → Create agent opens a text field and four templates. If none of them fits, write in one sentence what you want it to do — "you're the support assistant, you answer questions about the platform" — and Lolos drafts it.

Review what it drafted

The draft arrives with four things, and all of them are editable:

  • Identity — name, description and avatar.
  • Instructions — what it does and how it answers. This is the text that

matters most.

  • Welcome message — how it opens the conversation. It's used when the thread

opens, not on every message.

  • Tone and answer style — these add to the instructions rather than

replacing them.

None of it is final: an agent keeps being editable after it's created.

Try it

In Chat, the agent shows up in the top row. The first question is what tells you whether the instructions say what you thought they said — correcting them against a real answer is faster than re-reading them.
