What Lolos is
A workspace where the team's knowledge and its customer conversations live in the same place.
Lolos puts together two things that in most teams live apart: what the team knows and what the team talks about.
The first is pages and databases: documents, procedures, catalogues, orders, customers. The second is internal channels and customer conversations over WhatsApp.
Having them together is not a navigation convenience. It is what lets an agent answer a customer's question with what is written in the team's pages, instead of with what it imagines.
The four modules
- Pages — documents with a block editor, history and comments.
- Databases — tables with typed properties and ten ways to look at them.
- Spaces — where each thing lives and who can see it.
- Conversation — team channels and WhatsApp, in the same inbox.
Where to start
- Create a space for your team.
- Inside it, a page with what today lives in someone's head.
- When that page starts repeating with a structure, turn it into a database.
Nothing more is needed for it to be useful. The rest gets added when it is needed, not before.
