Pages
Documents with a block editor, version history and comments alongside.
A page is a document written in blocks: every paragraph, heading, list or table is a piece you can move, duplicate or turn into something else.
Type / on any line to insert a block.
What blocks exist
| Block | What for |
|---|---|
| Heading, list, quote, code | The usual |
| Table | Simple data, without properties |
| Columns | Two things side by side |
| Callout | Highlighting something without shouting |
| Table of contents | Builds itself from the page's headings |
| Equation | LaTeX formulas |
| Bookmark | A link with its title and description |
| Embed | YouTube, Vimeo or Loom video, and Figma designs |
| Button | Opens a link, with optional confirmation |
| Database | A whole table, inside the page |
History
Every page keeps its history. You can go back to any version from the last ninety days and see who wrote what.
Versions are grouped: if you write for ten minutes straight, that is one version and not forty.
Comments
Comments live alongside, in threads. You can reply, react and mark them resolved.
Whoever took part in a thread hears about the replies. The rest of the team does not — which is what keeps notifications meaning something.
